Skin Owl Lavender Beauty Drops-Review

Hey beauties, the weekend is over and It’s already Monday, my skin has been all over the place especially from the change of weather. When I finally feel like my skin has reached a place where it’s under control, it goes on a rampage. But, I found a skincare product that no matter how much my skin is acting up, it always comes to the rescue.
When I first find out about a new brand, especially a natural skincare brand, I like to learn about who’s behind the company and why they created their products. With most natural skincare brand they’re is always a reason behind as to why they created their products.

SkinOwl was created when Annie, the founder, who became frustrated after years of skin issues, with countless visits to the dermatologists and tons of money thrown into skincare products, she was left with minimal positive results. She then realized the results were in the INGREDIENTS of the products she was using vs. what was being marketed to her. She later enrolled in a post-graduate program at UCLA & received a certificate in Cosmetic Chemistry.

From there, she learned the truth about what is truly best for the skin, and more importantly, what works and stays working. From this knowledge came SkinOwl, a skincare company that allowed women to feel as good as they looked. A trusted brand, wherein the products smell good, feel good, and leave you glowing inside and out due to their fast-acting results.
In creating SkinOwl, she knew she wanted to achieve three main goals:

  • wanted people to see results overnight.
  • wanted to provide more than just skincare, but
  • deliver a core component of total self-care too.
  • wanted women to feel like they had a safe haven to ask questions and receive quality advice about their skin in what can often be seen as a confusing industry.

In addition to creating an effective and pure product that healed her skin within just 2 months, Annie ensures that the sourcing of her ingredients meets her standards of purity.

What I love about Skin owl is the simplicty of their ingredients.

After reading the story behind Skin owl I went ahead and purchased me a bottle of lavender drops, as it was right for my skin type. I was interested to see if this truly will heal, and calm my skin. You know I can’t do a review if I don’t first talk about how cute their glass dropper bottle has an owl pictured along with there logo. The feeling you get with there packaging is simple and luxurious. The directions state using 5-7 Drops in the morning and use half an eyedropper vial at night. I’ll use 5 drops in the morning which Is more than enough for my skin because more than that would be too much for the daytime. The oil goes on smooth and absorbs into the skin effortlessly. I’m a huge fan of lavender and this smells heavenly. After the first time using this oil on my face, my skin felt incredibly soft and nourished. I went on to using it every day for 3 months, let me tell you I noticed an overall noticeable difference in my skin. My skin definitely healed, it looked clear and healthy. I had fewer breakouts, my inflammation calmed, and my oils were under control. It also helped significantly with my eczema patches. It worked so well that when I ran out of my first bottle, I’m now on my second, and will continue to repurchase.

Pretty impressive I must say, for a company that has proved that their products work. Simple skincare that just works.

Have you tried Skin Owl products?

Until next time
